No Review for December

Sorry guys I have decided not to go to a spa this month.  It is too expensive for me right now.

Most therapists would ask double the rate.  Kay pinaskuhan lagi daw.  Which for me is bullshit.  Pinaskuhan pero ang serbisyo murag Biernes Santo.

Seasons greetings to all and be safe.

My Spa Review

Amara is a branch of Amarela Spa (formerly Red Fern).

The place is practically new.  Thankfully the interior decor was simpler and clean.  No more "native" materials.

The bed foam however was a bit thin and uncomfortable.  They used this thin cloth as a blanket.  It did not help much in keeping my body warm from the air conditioner.  It was a bit chilly.

Shorts was provided but it was useless.  The curtain partition was a bit in thin side but enough for some privacy.

They have 3 male therapists.  All of them are "new".  Not really sure how new is new.

The therapist assigned to me gave me a descent massage.  Okay lang.  He was teasing me somehow during the massage, putting my hand on his lap and so on.  He even gave my chest a massage but no offer of ES.

Again if I am not offered, I do not ask for it.  Dili ko desperado.

Conclusion
The massage was just okay.  Nothing extra ordinary.  The place was clean.

When I got out the spa I overheard a guy complained that one of their therapist did not gave him a good massage.  Murag hapak hapak lang.

So I guess they still need more time and practice?

Would I go back there?  I don't know.  Maybe next year when they get to handle more clients.  Murag kulang pa ug practice.

Finest Thai Revisited

Jeremy.  Fair skinned guy, a bit mature, chub around 5'4 in height.

The massage was not really that good.  Average at best.

He offered to suck me for 1,000 Pesos.  I mean wow...that was unexpected.

What surprised me was he asked for my number.  He was a bit aggressive for me.

Not sure I will be going back there soon.

Masahista advertising in Planet Romeo

Someone sent me a message in the blog, asking me about "male therapists" advertising in Planet Romeo.  Are they safe?

My answer to this is I do not know.  They might be legitimate or not.  However based on accounts in the past from Cagayan de Oro users of Planet Romeo, theft was rampant.

So here is my full advise to Mr. Anonymous (whoever you are)

1.  Take necessary precaution when dealing with these so called online "masahista".

2.  If their profile does not have a photo, it is obvious that there is something wrong.  Why hire someone that you do not even recognize or know the face?  I have gone through that experience before.  Kasagara pangit ang therapist kung walay picture.

3.  We already have webcams.  Why not chat online using a webcam?  Anyone can copy a photo online and pretend to be someone else.

4.  It is strange when the "masahista" asks you first for a photo.  Si kinsa man siya nga mag demand sa client?  Why is the "masahista" demanding for your photo?  What for? Para unsa?  Unless you are a gay "masahista" looking for a hot client.  Besides, your photo might be used by the "masahista" for illegal purposes.

5.  Always ask from friends for recommendations or research online.  You can find a lot of things online kung dili ka lang tapulan mo research.  Unsa bay pulos sa Google search engine?

Happy Fiesta CDO

While I was in the hospital waiting for my doctor I meet a former male therapist of mine.  He told me that some of his old clients kept texting him if he was still available this weekend.  Grabe daw ka daghan.

Basta lagi fiesta, "excited" kaayo tanan tao hahahaha

Wishing everyone in Cagayan de Oro City a happy fiesta!

No personal ads in this blog

I do not allow posting of cellphone numbers in this blog.  You can mention the therapist name, the spa but not their personal numbers.

No advertising of freelance masseurs in this blog.  Only therapists connected to spas are allowed to be mentioned here.

Recovering from an injury

I recently injured myself.  The doctor advised me not to get body massages until I fully recover.  Sorry I can not elaborate more on my injury.

This would mean no reviews for the next two months.  Aside from that I have to deal with medical expenses.

I will still be able to approve messages/comments, so keep on sharing your stories in the blog.

Please bear with me as I try to recover from my injuries.

Happy 5th Anniversary

I never expected this blog to last this long but it did.

Five years ago there were so many issues with swindlers pretending to be freelance masseurs in Cagayan de Oro City.  Daghan ga reklamo nga gakawatan sila.  Finding a good spa and therapist was also a challenge.

At that time there was only one blog that discussed about spas and masseurs in CDO but it was not based in Cagayan.  Dili taga Cagayan ang tag-iya sa blog.  The blog only relied on comments or reviews from users.  There was also a lack of interaction between the blogger and the users.  If you have a question, no one can really give you a clear and definite answer.

My frustration of not getting enough information about CDO spas and therapist gave me an idea.  Why not create my own CDO spa and masseur blog?  A CDO based blog.  Kung naay mangutana, matubag dayon ug pwede ra mag binisaya.  Kapoy sigeg tinagalog.  Unsa ta? Taga sapa? Hehehe

On August 1, 2011, I launched CDO Massage.  The first few years of the blog was a challenge for me.  I was not familiar with blogging, how to interact with users, blog format and stuff.   In 2014, I almost gave up.  My frequent visit to the spa and the search for Featured Masseurs broke my bank account.

Then in 2015, I decided to relaunch CDO Massage.  I overhauled the blog, created new policies, changed the blog format and layout.  I decided to only review a spa and masseur at least once a month.  The Featured Masseur page was dropped.  Lisod pangita ug masseur nga tarong ug masaligan.

I was still not sure if the relaunch would work but I continued on with my policies.  I made mistakes but corrected them.  I learned a lot along the way and it made the blog better.  Today, when you google Cagayan de Oro spas and therapist, CDO Massage is the first website mentioned in the search list.

I still have plans for CDO Massage.  I am still looking for ways to make it more interactive and informative.  It does not mean that the blog is already on the top list that I should sit back and relax.  There are still things to do to make the blog better.

The success of CDO Massage would not be possible without user reviews and comments.  Salamat gyud sa inyong tanan.  Thanks to the people who shared their stories, comments may it be good or bad.  It helped this blog a lot.  The success of CDO Massage is because of you, the users of this blog!  Thank you for supporting CDO Massage.  Keep on sharing your stories with us!

I own a spa?

Some one recently posted a comment accusing me as the owner of Amarela Spa.  This is his or her comment at http://cdomassage.blogspot.com/2016/07/elysium-revisit.html

For the past 5 years (August 1 is the 5th year anniversary of this blog!), I have reviewed several spas and including therapists.  So I also own all of them?  Especially Elysium nga gi sikat tungod sa ako?  Sus, kung akoy tag-iya sa Elysium, I would not share H sa inyong tanan! Hahahaha

How about Sanctuary Beautycare Spa?  I also own it because I recently gave them a very good recommendation?  (http://cdomassage.blogspot.com/2016/06/sanctuary-beautycare.html)

Hayahay basad nako kung ako tag iya sa tanang spa nga akong gi review dinhi.

As for Amarela, I guess the person who made this comment has not read my previous reviews and comments of the spa. (http://cdomassage.blogspot.com/2016/05/amarela-divisoria-branch.html)

I have complained several times in the past years that their spa needs renovation.  It is my polite way of saying that their spa is worn down and smelly.

Basa basa kung naay time.  Here are links for you convenience.

Elysium Revisit

Its been a long I have not visited Elysium.  So I decided to check them out again.

I got "L" as my therapist.  L is a handsome guy, no doubt about it.  Fair light skin, around 5'4, full hair, lean body and a nice ass.

His massage was average at best.  He cut short his massage when he saw I had a boner.  He immediately offered extra service.  When I asked about it, he had so many conditions.  He can't do this, he can't do that unless you pay him a certain amount.  It was exhausting.  In the end he jerked me off and that was it.  Nothing extra ordinary.

Sorry if I am not giving much details of my encounter with L.  It was disappointing that I did not even want to talk about it.

Conclusion :

Elysium has become Fai Thai.  All extra, no massage.

If you have a limited budget, L is not for you.  But even if you have the money I doubt L would satisfy your expectations.

My Spa Review

I said before that Sanctuary was too "public" for me.  Having gone to almost all of the spas around Divisoria, visiting Sanctuary was the logical thing to do.

Sanctuary is located within Grand Central Building, a favorite spot for yuppies and college students.  Expect a crowd during weekends.

Sanctuary is both a spa and a salon (Vixen).  The place is clean and simple.  I like it.  Unlike other spas that feels like a junk shop.  Too much clutter and loud colors.

Their Swedish massage cost around 320 Pesos.  A bit expensive compared to other spas in Divisoria.  The therapist assigned to me was Ramir or Ramer.

Their waiting area is along a hallway.  As soon as Ramir arrived I removed my shoes and dipped my feet on a wooden bowl.

After the foot wash, I was lead to my cubicle.  It had white curtains (it was thick enough).  On the bed was a basket with a white towel and shorts.

The first minute of the massage was promising.  As the massage progressed I was impressed.

Ramir did not rush, the hand pressure was perfect and he knew which parts of my body that needed attention.  I just wanted to fall asleep.

There was no ES offered.  Again not a priority for me.  Remember that I complained before that spas no longer offer drinks after the massage?  Guess what...they offered me water or tea and hot towel.

Conclusion

For 320 Pesos, it was worth every centavo!  The place is nice and clean.  They offered me something to drink and the massage was one if not the best I ever had!!

The day after the massage, my body felt good and relaxed. If you want a good massage, I highly recommend Ramir.

Mobile Internet

I recently bought a LTE capable phone and plan to use it to run my laptop internet.

I don't have internet at home, so I usually use the office internet for my blog and other things.  One reason why I can't update the blog often. (shhhh....hehehe)

Do you guys have a suggestion which prepaid internet promo is the best?

I compared the 300 Peso Globe GoSurf and Smart BigBytes promo and they look the same.

And which network is better?

Thanks!

The Female Therapist page has so many comments that sometimes I get confused.

Dili na nako mabasa ang ubang comments tungod sa kataas. If someone replies to an old comment, it gets lost.  Lisod pangitaon ang karaang comment.

I am thinking of opening a new page discussion or perhaps a blog exclusively for female therapists?

Share your ideas and lets make it happen :)

My Spa Review
Amarela used to be Red Fern.  They have 2 branches.  One in Carmen and the other in downtown or Divisoria.  I wanted to find out if they renovated the place or was it just a name change.

So I went to their Divisoria branch.  Going up the staircase, I did not see much changes.

As soon as I entered the spa, it was the same old interior.  It was a disappointment for me.  The spa needed some renovations.  It was worn down.

I asked for their Swedish massage which cost 250 Pesos.  The masseur assigned to me was R, if I am not mistaken. (I have decided to use intials, murag mas thrilling ug exciting paminawon)  That was the name the receptionist called him.  He is a tall guy, around 5'7 inches (170cm) tall and stocky.  He looked like a bouncer or a body builder who forgot to go to the gym for over a year.  He is basically a chub.  Face value?  Not really my type.  He has a very mellow voice.

After the obligatory foot wash, he lead me to the cubicle.  As I was stripping down to my underwear, I noticed there were still holes on the wall.  Nothing has changed.

So I positioned myself on the bed wearing my underwear.  Waiting for my therapist to start the massage.

I was expecting a lousy massage but R proved me wrong.  It was a good massage.  In fact I almost fell asleep.  I was so relaxed even my junior was asleep! Hahahaha.  Every now and then he would ask me if the massage was good.

R was not sure if I was gay or not so he was careful in giving me a massage.  It was when he started giving my inner thigh a massage that I got an erection.  Obvious na ba nga bayot ko? Hehehe

R started giving my chest a full massage and finally asked me, "extra ka sir?".  I asked "pila man sad?".  He replied back "500 lang sir".  Okay, go ahead.

So he then removed my underwear, placed oil over my now rock hard cock and started playing with it.  I was skeptical at first that it would be another ordinary jerk off massage but he started giving different strokes.  He knew a bit of lingam.  I was impressed.

While his hands were busy with my dick and balls, I was busy rubbing his dick in his pants.  I must let the genie out of the bottle! hehehehe After a few seconds of stroking and rubbing his dick, it started to grow.  I pulled his pants down a bit and grabbed his hardening dick...OMG I was for a shock!  His dick was thick!  Probably average length but it was thick!  Damn!

At this time I was about to cum and I just held on his huge dick head like I was holding on for dear life.  Unfortunately I was not able to pull down his pants properly so I was not able to see it in full view.  I just hope it was not my imagination or something.

After I came, he got a towel and wiped me clean.  He got out and came back with hot towels.  He wanted to rub baby powder on me but I refused.  I am not a fan of baby powder.

He left the cubicle and waited outside where I handed him his ES tip.

Conclusion
I am all about privacy and those walls need to be patched up.

R was just adorable.  He was not demanding, he was not rude at all.  He gave me first a good massage and then ES.

For those who are into chubs, I guess R is for you.  I also saw one of their therapist who was a chub.  Murag nanambok naman sila diha sa Amarela LOL

The only thing that would stop me from going back to Amerala spa is the place.  It is worn down.  They have to renovate.

My Spa Review

Hapyod is a branch of Mahumpay Spa, my bestfriend according to someone here :)  When I entered Hapyod, the interior was so green, like neon screaming green.   Not the best color for a spa.

Their swedish massage cost around 180 Pesos which is cheap.

The male therapist assigned to me was not my type but not an issue at all.  There was the usual foot bath before I was lead to the cubicle.

When I got in the cubicle, I observed that half of the curtain partition was thin and the other half was thick.  This was a concern for me.  I also noticed that the curtains did reach the floor level.  There was a gap of around 2 to 3 inches.  Since the bed is on the floor, you can see the hands of the person in the adjacent cubicle and hear him clearly.

The bedding was quite stiff, it was a bit hard.  Not sure if the foam came from a punching bag.

I was a bit surprised that the massage started with my legs.  Therapists usually start at the back.  The therapist was quite careful with the massage.  No ES at all.

The massage was good.  Very typical massage.  It would have been a good end to the evening if it was not for the missing slippers.  I could not find the slippers provided to me.  I had to walk barefoot to the receptionist to get my shoes.

Conclusion
I am all about privacy and those curtains need to be changed.  The bed I can forgive but not the curtain partitions.

Hapyod would not be my first choice but it can be an option if all of the spas are full.

Touch of Delight - Manila

First of all I would like to thank the people who gave me suggestions for my Manila trip.  I really appreciate it.  It really helped a lot.  This is the longest review I have ever made, so bear with me.  Nahurot atong inenglis ani :D

I decided to hire a therapist from Touch of Delight or TOD.  They have a website and Facebook account for you to check out their on-call therapists.

There were several options to get a reservation.  You can reserve online, text or call them.  I opted at first to send them a text message.  I waited the entire day, there was no response.  So, the following day I decided to call them.  A gay guy answered my call.  I made my reservation and asked for a specific therapist (sorry I can't mention his name, will explain in the succeeding paragraphs).  My first 3 choices were not available.  So I had to be contended with my 4th choice.  I was told that hotel/home service rate is 500 Pesos which does not include taxi fare for the therapist.  There was no mention of extra service.  So I agreed with the rate and waited for the therapist.

Two hours after the call, I heard a knock from the door and there he was.  He stood around 5' 7 inches tall (170 cm), moreno but was not really my type.  That is why he was my 4th choice.

As he came in, he greeted me and then asked me if I already talked with the spa management regarding the extra service.  I looked at him with confusion.  What do you mean ES?  I was not expecting the spa to get involved in the ES.  Usually ES is between the therapist and client.

He started texting rapidly while expressing his disappointment on the receptionist.  This was not the first time it happened to him.  Once he had to pay his own taxi fare without reimbursement because the receptionist forgot to ask his client regarding ES rate.

I asked the therapist, how much was everything including ES.  He answered 3,500 Pesos (massage, fare, and ES) but it does not include the tip.  Holy shit!  Binuang mani!  There was no mention of this amount during my conversation with the receptionist.  I felt I was scammed!

After talking with the therapist for over a minute, I agreed to the massage.  It was already getting late and that was the only night I was alone in my room.  It was now or never! Hahahaha Please don't judge me! :)

Before we started, the therapist asked me if the hotel had X rated shows.  I told him that the hotel was family oriented.  He is straight and he wanted something to make himself hard.

He told me that his girlfriend and even some of his family members does not know what he really does.  One time he had a half naked photo online and his girlfriend confronted him.  Right there and then, I decided not to take his photo. Not sure if I can even mention his name here.  Sorry guys.

He then slowly took of his shirt revealing his buffed and tattooed body.  It was not smooth but was delicious enough to lick and bite on.  As he pulled down his pants, I could see the contour of his nice ass in his underwear.  I could not wait to grab and squeeze it tight.

As I positioned myself in bed, he straddled on my back still in his underwear and started giving me a massage.  The massage was fairly good.  We talked a lot about the spa industry in Manila.  He mentioned that some former actors (which shall not be named! shhhh) and models were offering "massage" services.  Rates range around 10,000 Pesos and above!  This was also mentioned to me here in the blog.

The therapist also shared his bad experience with home service.  Once he went to a house and found himself with a drug addict.  The guy would not let him out until he took some drugs.  Luckily he was able to get out.  He vowed never to take home service again.

I admired his honestly when he told me that if I wanted a good massage I should go to their spa.  On call therapists are not usually trained masseurs.  However their spa therapists lacks face value.  Most of the guys in the spa does not have a pleasing personality hahaha in short dili nako type gyud :)

As soon as he pulled my hand towards my back, I could feel his cock and balls.  It was not hard but promising.  Its time to get serious and stop talking!  As soon as I flipped over and lay on my back, I was ready for some action.

He moved on the side, bent over and started kissing and licking my nipples.  It was amazing.  He went on top of me, pressing his now slightly sweaty buffed body over me.  I grabbed his sweet ass, pressing his now semi-erect cock on me.  His lips moved around my chest, then my neck and finally he gave me a light but sensual kiss on my lips. While this was happening his hands were busy fondling my now hard and pre-cumming cock!

Seeing my personal lubricant, he got hold of the tube and poured the lubricant all over my now hard cock.  He straddled over my legs and gave me a lingam massage.  He played with my balls and dick head.  It was just too much for me!

I stood up and pushed him.  This time he was laying on the bed.  Time to reciprocate.  I was now on top of him and started playing with his gorgeous chest, licking his dark nipples and stroking his now hardening cock.  It was around average length and girth.  I was satisfied with it.

While I was in Manila, I bought a silicon mastubator.  I showed it to him and he got interested with it.  I poured the personal lube in the masturbator and inserted his now semi-erect cock in it.  He loved it.  I started stroking his cock while my fingers played around his hairy tight asshole.  I knelt in between his legs near his crotch, forcing him to spread his legs wide.  It was a perfect sight.  I was tempted to fuck him at that point but had to control myself hahahaha.

I pressed my hard cock on his tight hairy asshole while I was jerking him off with the masturbator.  I gave him a soft kiss and licked his nipples again.  His chest was just delicious.  With his hands over his head, showing off his arm pits and chest, legs spread, balls tightening, he then blurted out a soft...ahhhhhgggghh.  Success!  But I did not want to stop.  I wanted to jerk him off again and again.  I want to milk him dry!

As soon he was done, he turned to me and said "ikaw naman sir".  Since I could not fuck him, I told him "ipit ko nalang sa iyo".  He obliged.  I wore a condom (I did not want to mess up the hotel bed sheets) and he poured lube on my stiff boner.  He went on top of me, positioned my cock in between his balls, closed his legs tight and started pumping.  At this point, I was already spreading my legs wide to gain access to his legs.  Oh fuck!  It felt so good! I could feel my hard cock rubbing his tight asshole.  I wanted it so bad. I grabbed his ass, encouraging him to go faster.  As he was kissing me lightly, I could no longer hold it.  I came with all my strength filling up the condom with cum.

He slowly stood up, went to the bathroom and washed up.  I wanted more from him but he had to report back to the spa.  I gave him his money, added a tip of 500 Pesos (at this point I was practically broke) and said our good byes.

The encounter with the therapist was not really satisfying.  Bitin gyud siya.  Naay kulang.  I felt for 4,000 Pesos I should have gotten more out of him.  Perhaps if I fucked him and he gave me a blow job, that would have been worth my time and money.

So, would I hire him again or anyone from TOD for the same amount of money? If that was not my last evening, I would have said NO.  It was expensive.  Though I had a great time pero bitin, kulang ra kaayo.  In Cebu, I was able to fuck the therapist for 1,500 Pesos but I suspect he was gay.

Hopefully in the next few months I could visit again Manila or Cebu.  Magtigum nasad ta ug kwarta ani.  You better give me good comments!  Gi gasto gyud ko para sa blog! pakonsensya gyud hehehehe :)  Hope you guys enjoyed reading my review. Till the next therapist.

Full Body or Back Massage?

I have observed that most full body massage with ES does not really reach 1 hour.  After the back massage which is approximately 20 minutes, you are immediately offered extra service.

Why should I get a full body massage if the therapist would only do it for 30 minutes or less? Alkanse ka gyud sa imong gi bayad.

Since they are just going to massage your back, why not just get a back massage?  It is cheaper compared to a full body massage.  If you think about it, they just massage your back and after that automatic naman ES.

So the next time you go to a spa and you plan to get ES, just get a back massage.  If you really need more time, you can tell the receptionist that you want your time extend.  Sakto?

Other spa blogs

I will be going to Manila soon so I have been looking at Manila based masseur blogs lately.  Comparing it to my blog, murag simple ra kaayo ang akong blog.  I think I need to restructure my blog to make it more attractive and informative.

I am practically trying to save up for my Manila masseur adventure.  If the guy is worth it, I will spend more.

So its my turn to ask everyone, any suggestions for a decent freelance male therapist in Manila?  Thanks in advance!

Touch of Heaven

Touch of Heaven is located on the 3rd floor of Bistro Building (above Barkadahan Grill) just across Bonifacio Park in Divisoria.

The spa opens around noon time and closes midnight.  They offer home and hotel service.  You can contact them at 0936-4245230.

Their space is small and clean.  The interior decor is simple yet descent enough.  They offer Crenio massage which is similar to lymphatic massage.  I got their 1 hour Swedish massage for only 180 Pesos (promo rate).  The receptionist called out someone.  Unfortunately I forgot his name.  It was like Ben or something.  (sorry guys, I have been forgetful lately)  So lets just call the guy, Mr. N.

"N" was around 5'2 (157 cm) tall and fair skinned.  Lets just say his looks is average (compared to other masseurs) and has a lean body.

The bed was on the floor and it was a bit uncomfortable.  The mattress was a bit thin that I could feel my chest pressing on the floor.  They used a towel to cover me up.  Luckily the room temperature was just right so it did not bother me that much.  Though the spa does not have much lighting but because of its small space, the light gives off more brightness than usual.  At one point I felt I could be seen inside the cubicle.

The massage was good but again my chest was pressing on the floor every time the therapist placed pressure on my back.  At this point I was just observing what he was doing.  He did not moved his hands too close to my crotch area or brushed my balls.

So now I was facing up and he was giving my hand a massage.  He placed my hand on his knee.  It was a bit of an awkward situation for me.  Was it an invitation to move my hand towards his crotch?  I was not assuming anything so I did not make any move.  He finished the massage and asked me if I wanted anything else.  I said nothing.  No ES. Hahaha abi ninyo naa? hehehehe  I was not disappointed.  I got a good massage and did not burn my wallet.

As for my review for Touch of Heaven, the location can be a bit challenging since it is located on the 3rd floor.  They have signs but it is not visible enough from the outside.  For 180 Pesos, it is cheap and good enough.  The place is neat, decent and the therapist did not demand for extra or anything at all.  Would I go back for another massage?  Probably.  I just hope they change their beds.  It was just uncomfortable.
